When Jess asked if I’d edit her decade old wedding footage, I was thrilled!

My connection with the Doney family dates all the way back to the early 2000’s when Jess & Sam were Scouts at St Matthews Scout Group in Christchurch that I was a Scout Leader at. Jess & Sam’s parent’s, Derek & Shallie were heavily involved with the programme and I quickly formed a bond with the family. The Doney’s have had a massive influence on both how I live my life and how I parent my children. I’ve always admired and been inspired by the Doney’s strong family values and have been in awe of Derek & Shallie’s relationship and their parenting partnership for over 20 years now. I consider this family as some of my closet friends, which is why it’s my absolute honour to share this 10th Anniversary Retro cut of Jess & Izac’s wedding with you!
